Passed this garbage can yesterday while Traveling at the Speed of Bike (on the first warm day in weeks). Wrote this on my Street Shorts micro-fiction site: It was the kind of day for shedding. Coats. Tears. Light. I like that one. A whole story in 11 words. Am now trying to decide on the four…
I left the latest exhibit from 7 MPH in its found space. As I rode away on my bike, I said over my shoulder, “Live your life now, little exhibit.” And that was that. Update: the exhibit was out there for more than a month when I finally reclaimed it.
I don’t pick the locations for my found-space exhibits. They pick me. This one picked me awhile ago and has just been waiting for me to catch up with it. I rode by again the other day and said, “Okay — you’re next.”
This is a quick collage of my solo art exhibits to date (plus I’ve been part of a few group shows). I’ve just released my 2017/2018 schedule as part of 7 MPH. Now that Traveling at the Speed of Bike is published, it feels good to get back to my art.
