Today is the first day of National Novel Writing Month, known as NaNoWriMo. It serves as a public challenge to write 50,000 words in a month. I’m taking it as an opportunity to finally compile and complete my latest dark collection of disturbing short stories and provocative micro fiction inspired by street photography (mostly taken while Traveling at the Speed of Bike), titled Leaving Disturbia. I’m not sure if it’ll eventually join my other published fiction* or not, but it’s fun to be writing again.
