I got curious. How many people, and who, are riding shareable electric scooters versus bikes? So I stood by a mural for fifteen minutes on a Sunday afternoon and took these photos to connect the dots. Results: 42 scooters (0 helmets, by the way). 24 bikes (1 recumbent bike; 1 city bikeshare; 2 electric bikes — 1 a rental from a bike shop, 1 a dockless bikeshare; ). 38 men. 25 women. 2 girls. 1 boy.
