This is my neighbor. She rides her bike often to go places, but always on the sidewalk — except for yesterday, when she rode to joy on this street (which is our only way in and out of our neighborhood) as part of the biggest July 4th parade in the state of Georgia. Here is the local advocacy group where she is a member and with whom she rode:
