God has been holding a space for me in my garden, and I’m there more often lately, heart and all. It’s a peaceful, hopeful place, filled with life, whereas the bike world seems most days lately like it’s nothing but death, and that is wearing on me (although I keep Traveling at the Speed of Bike and don’t intend to stop).
I’m still waiting to hear what would be big, life-changing news, that may actually put me back in the center of food-growing again. In the meantime, it’s time for a short break from social media to remind myself about simple, life-affirming joy.
