This photo is from November 2013. That bike, helmet, and mural are now gone from my life. A lot of bigger things have changed close to home and around the world. Some have almost broken me and others have made me see things differently, and I continue to Trust the Journey.
Today, on Thanksgiving 2019, I feel gratitude for my family near and far, and prayerful for those who are struggling for moments of peace and/or reconciliation.
