“Are you on a bike?”
“You need to come in.”
No, I’m ok. But thanks.
“Next time you need to come in.”
Where’s your bike rack?
“We don’t have one.”
(next time) “Welcome back. How can I help you?”
That’s how easy change is, folks.
(Please not I’ve been going through bank drive-throughs for years, with none of these shenanigans. PNC even used to send me water through the chute. This was at a different SunTrust — or, rather, Truist, I guess — bank location during COVID. That’s not even the point. The point is that change isn’t hard when we start to normalize bike riding to run errands.)
