(Please note I’ve been going through bank drive-throughs for years, with none of these shenanigans. PNC even used to send me water through the chute. This was at a different SunTrust — or, rather, Truist, I guess — bank location during COVID. That’s not even the point. The point is that change isn’t hard when we start to normalize bike riding to run errands.)
