I came up with 14 hits to the search term “harassment” in my book, Traveling at the Speed of Bike. That’s not including the other #MeToo-worthy stuff mentioned in the first chapter and the free Epilogue. And, like most women, there’s so much I didn’t tell because I’m still digging it all out of the suppression file and trying to make sense of it.

FYI, I always include time in any bike class I teach to women to talk specifically about street harassment, how to reduce its incidence, and why riding a bike gives you additional power, freedom, and control out there.
